Tasty pub food for a Saturday night dinner. We both ordered the gammon and were pleased with the quality and the portions. We left happy and with full bellies.Think the landlord served us... He was friendly, polite and attentive without being overbearing. Will definitely be back!

Superb pub with delicious home cooked Sunday dinner. Huge amount of both meat and veg we couldn't actually finish it all. Very family friendly too, nothing was too much trouble. So glad we stopped in!

Went for lunch on a Saturday 2 meals for 16 pound. Good value and choice . Food very slow coming and only us two to start . Be long wait for lots that came in after us. A lot of tables and chairs in a small room and not much room to get in and out when full which wasn't very nice as had my elderly mother with me. Very dark room and damp smelling as very old pub but worth a visit
